I call my swivels EVO short for evolution. They are a constant work in progress. I am constantly trying to figure ways to make little adjustments on them to make the bagging experience more enjoyable for everyone. It’s taken me 2.5 years to come up with the simplest fix for people who have issues of the loop saver (the nylon tubing I put on the para cords to prevent the para cord from chewing into the loops of some peoples bag) moving out of place when they have a miss hit on the bag. I watch so many videos of baggers and I see the loop saver and toggle up by the eye hook and it drives me crazy. I’ve come up will all sorts of fixes for this but none of them have been easy for the bagger to do. BUT this hack is super simple. All T-hooks that will be sent out from this day forward will all have a small rubber band attached to them to keep the loop saver in place. If you have any questions let me know. Lately I’ve been sending our these paracord loops with my swivels. They are a ton of fun to use and extremely easy to change out. So if you’re wanting to learn new combos you can use a longer loop and then when you have make that combo smooth you can speed it up by using a shorter loop. The ability to change loop length in a matter of seconds is a game changer.

Don’t worry, the first Jim Bradley Pro ball I asked my friend the exact same question. How the hell do I get the zipper down? I personally like to run about 2.5 to 3 psi in my bags. Rarely do I hit with more air in them than that. I’m an old man and it just hurts my hands too much to have them super aired up. I find it’s not only easier on your hands but on the leather and bladders as well. It also helps to not have your bag super inflated when trying to learn new combinations. For anyone looking to learn the speed bag I’m telling you I wish like hell I would have found a video like this. I personally need my lessons slow and in chewable bites. Sometimes the videos I watch trying to learn even when slowed down are still so fast I’m left scratching my head. Lol I’ve learned a lot of stuff about the speed bag on Instagram, YouTube, and Speedbagcentral.com and thought I would start putting together a group of videos breaking down the bag the best I can in ways that make since you me. And that’s the biggest thing, you gotta find videos that make sense to you. I’m still pretty new at this, one week shy of a year as I type this. I can’t tell you how much it has helped me stay as normal as I could during all this mess lately. This may help some of y’all that are struggling with the triple beat to get your hands to know that magic spot. Slow it down and take you time. I had a minute after Bodhi’s soccer game today to work on my phantom combinations. I didn’t make this one as an instructional I just made this one to show how I practice combinations over and over and over... they say to be truly great at something you have to spend 10,000 hours doing it. I’m at about 350 so I have a long way to go.
